Insights into the Online World

Always great to see one of our clients in the news - especially when it is about a good cause.

Pam Steciuk of "A Token of Gratitude" was smiling in the Winnipeg Free Press Sunday print edition (Nov. 25, 2007) , in a picture taken at the "What a Girl Wants" fund raiser for the Canadian Liver Foundation held Saturday, Nov. 17th at The Fairmont Winnipeg.

Guests at this very stylish event were celebrating women and health. The evening included a gourmet three course dinner, a live auction of designer handbags and other luxury items, a complimentary swag bag, door prizes and entertainment. All this good fun and great "stuff' while increasing awareness of liver health through proper eating and exercise.

Pam is the owner of Winnipeg's equally stylish "A Token of Gratitude" - putting together amazingly personalized "custom gift baskets" for her clients for any and every occasion. She is also an very talented nature photographer, and her website includes a selection of her photos that can be included in her gift basket creations as well.

Any time you need to show appreciation, celebrate a special occasion, and especially with the holiday season fast approaching, give a custom created "A Token of Gratitude" gift basket to those hard-to-buy-for people on your gift list.

We would like to thank the BDC for their recognition of our fearless leader, Dan Belhassen, as the Manitoba Region 2007 winner for the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

This award is given to 13 Canadian Entrepreneurs between the ages of 19 and 35 who have at least 2 years experience as an Entrepreneur. Dan was presented with his award by the Honorable Jim Rondeau, Minister of Science, Technology, Energy and Mines at the Awards Ceremony here in Winnipeg on Oct. 16, 2007.

Congratulations, Dan - from all of us, and a big "thank you" to the BDC for publicly recognizing what we privately see every day - your commitment to your clients, your care for your team, and your drive for excellence in business and in life. We Earthlings are proud to work for and with you!
